Nowdays computer is the common device and almost everyone has that one. In Today’s world computers are used in almost every work. Therefore users are taking too much care of their computers/Laptops. Peoples are taking the extra care just because of some certain and foolish myths. We Don’t know who made those foolish myths and why the peoples are believing in those myths. Therefore to make aware you from those myths we made the list of Computer myths that aren’t true and you should try to stop believing in them. so let’s go on the list.
Computer Myths: Interesting but not true
1.CPU with the more cores is best
This is one of the best myth that I love to listen from peoples. This the common myth that everybody believes. Many users always want the fastest performance from a computer/ Laptop Therefore always prefer the processor with the highest number of cores. Basically, cores provide a separation execution unit, and more cores just allow you to run multiple different programs at same time. But the number of cores isn’t the important thing for fastest performance. If you have a single-threaded application, it can only run on one core at the same time, so a faster four-core CPU will run it faster than a slower eight-core CPU. Therefore Cores aren’t the only thing that matters the CPU’s speed is also very important.
2.Building your own computer will save lots of money
According to the peoples assembling a computer from their own will saves a lot of money. But this will be true if you are assembling a high-end gaming PC. And if you are assembling a desktop PC, Then you can save your money by purchasing a pre-built PC.
But it doesn’t mean that Building your own computer is bad idea. Because, It will be the good learning experience for you – But still it not saves money.
3. More RAM : Speed Up the computer performance
Adding more RAM or buying a computer with more RAM- will only help if your computer is use for heavy work purpose. If your pc have 4 or 8 GB RAM then it is fine you don’t need to Add other RAM. Because Upgrading from 8 GB to 16 GB will only help if you’re running heavy softwares, demanding PC games, and something else that needs more memory than that 8 GB offers. Cache Memory will also improtant to improve the computer performance.

Most of the People have this common myth that MACs and Linux Computer does not effected by the viruses. But the black hat software developers haven’t gotten that particular memo.
The Thunderstrike 2 rootkit was a firmware virus that was spread via Thunderbolt accessories. Think twice before assuming Mac and Linux systems can’t get infected by malware.
